曲が表示されない

起動時の曲の読み込みにはインターネット接続が必要です。接続を確認して「再試行」を押すか、曲一覧を下に引いて更新してください。

ログインとセットリスト

曲を見るだけならログインは不要です。アカウントのリストはjpraise.orgと共通です。登録時と同じ方法でログインしてください。パスワードで登録した場合は「パスワードを忘れた場合」から再設定できます。

アカウントの削除

アプリの「アカウント」→「アカウントを削除」から進みます。本人確認と最終確認の後、アカウントと保存リストを削除します。取り消しはできません。通信が切れた場合は同じ操作を再試行してください。

お問い合わせ・不具合

サポートに連絡する。jpraiseと明記し、端末・iOSのバージョン、起きた問題をお知らせください。パスワードや非公開の共有リンクは送らないでください。

Find Japanese worship songs, transpose chords and prepare your worship setlists.

Songs will not load

An internet connection is required when the app starts. Check your connection and tap Retry, or pull down on the song library to refresh.

Sign-in and setlists

Browsing songs needs no login. Your account lists are shared with jpraise.org. Use the same sign-in method you used to register. For password accounts, choose Forgot password? to request a reset email.

Delete your account

Open Account → Delete account in the app. After verifying your identity and confirming, your account and saved lists are deleted permanently. If your connection drops, repeat the deletion flow to finish.

Contact and bug reports

Contact support. Mention jpraise, your device and iOS version, and what happened. Do not send passwords or private sharing links.
