アカウントと保存データ

曲の閲覧にアカウントは不要です。アカウントを作成すると、メールアドレス、認証情報、ユーザーID、Googleから提供されたプロフィール名と写真URL、保存したセットリスト、共有リストの履歴をGoogle Firebaseで処理します。Appleでログインするときはメールアドレスを非公開にできます。GoogleまたはAppleのパスワードをjpraiseが受け取ることはありません。メール・パスワードで登録した場合、パスワードはFirebase Authenticationで処理され、アプリには保存されません。

端末と通信

お気に入り、端末内のセットリスト、表示設定、共有履歴を端末に保存します。ログインを維持するためのトークンはiOSキーチェーンに保存します。曲はインターネットから取得し、再起動後に使える曲データのキャッシュは保存しません。サーバーとの通信ではIPアドレスなどの技術情報が処理されます。

利用状況・不具合の報告

iOSアプリはGoogle Firebase AnalyticsとCrashlyticsを使用します。「アカウント」→「利用状況と診断」→「利用状況と不具合の報告」で無効にできます。有効な場合、アプリインスタンスの識別子、操作・成功失敗・所要時間、端末やOS情報、クラッシュなどの診断情報、おおよその地域が処理されます。独自のイベントにはメールアドレス、検索語、曲名、歌詞、セットリスト名、共有キーを含めません。広告目的の追跡やデータ販売は行いません。

歌詞・コードの修正報告

報告を送信すると、曲名、該当行、表示キー、説明、アプリのバージョン、送信日時をGoogle Firebaseに保存し、管理者が修正の確認に使用します。iOSからの報告にアカウントIDやメールアドレスは付けません。報告は公開されず、アカウントと関連付けないためアカウント削除では消去されません。削除を希望する場合は、報告した曲と内容を添えてお問い合わせください。

共有と外部サービス

共有を有効にしたセットリストは、リンクを持つ人が閲覧できます。共有を停止するか元のリストを削除すると、元のリンクでは開けなくなります。他の人が既にコピーした情報や送信済みメッセージは消去できません。Google、Apple、YouTubeなどの外部サービスを利用すると、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

保存期間と削除

アカウントの保存データは、利用者が削除するまで保持します。iOSアプリの「アカウント」→「アカウントを削除」から本人確認後に削除できます。アプリとウェブサイトで共通のログイン、保存リスト、共有履歴を削除し、この端末のお気に入りと端末内リストも消去します。途中で通信が切れた場合は同じ操作を再試行してください。不正な再作成を防ぐため、削除したユーザーIDと削除状態だけを保持します。過去の集計済み分析データや、他の人の端末・メッセージに残るコピーは対象外です。

Privacy policy

jpraise is a worship songbook provided by Conor Livingston (jtcm.io). Last updated: September 19, 2026.

Accounts and saved data

No account is needed to browse songs. When you create an account, Google Firebase processes your email address, authentication credentials, user ID, profile name and photo URL supplied by Google, saved setlists and shared-list history. Sign in with Apple lets you hide your email address. jpraise never receives your Google or Apple password. Email/password registration is handled by Firebase Authentication; the app does not store your password.

Your device and network

Favorites, local setlists, display preferences and shared history are stored on your device. Session tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Songs are fetched online and are not cached for use after restarting the app. Network services process technical information such as IP addresses.

Usage and diagnostics

The iOS app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. You can disable collection under Account → Usage and diagnostics → Share usage and diagnostics. When enabled, these services process an app-instance identifier, interactions, outcomes and timing, device and OS information, crash and diagnostic data, and approximate region. Our custom events exclude email addresses, search text, song titles, lyrics, setlist names and sharing keys. We do not sell data or track you for advertising.

Lyric and chord correction reports

When you send a report, the song, affected line, displayed key, explanation, app version and submission time are stored in Google Firebase for maintainers to review corrections. iOS reports do not attach an account ID or email address. Reports are not public. Because they are not linked to an account, deleting your account does not remove them. To request removal, contact us with the reported song and description.

Sharing and external services

Anyone with a shared setlist link can read it. Stopping sharing or deleting the master list disables that link. Information already copied by others or sent in messages cannot be recalled. External services such as Google, Apple and YouTube apply their own privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept until you delete it. In the iOS app, open Account → Delete account and verify your identity. Deletion removes the login shared by the app and website, saved account lists and shared history, and clears favorites and local lists on this device. If interrupted, repeat deletion to finish. A minimal record containing only the deleted user ID and deletion state is retained to prevent old sessions recreating data. Previously aggregated analytics and copies held by other people or in messages are not removed by this action.
